You will traverse ancient Berber trails, visiting traditional villages where time seems to stand still. Your local guide will introduce you to the authentic lifestyle of the mountain inhabitants, including a stop at a local home for a traditional tea ceremony. As you ascend, enjoy panoramic views of snow-capped peaks and deep limestone gorges. The experience includes: Guided hiking tailored to your fitness level. 2Atlas Mountains View
On this scenic day trip, you will journey through the heart of the High Atlas, visiting three distinct valleys: Ourika, Sidi Fares (or Oukaimeden), and Asni. You Will descover the Atlas mountains surrounded by verdant cliffs. As you climb toward the Sidi Fares Valley, you'll see traditional Berber villages built from adobe and stone, perched on steep hillsides. This area is known for its extensive apple, walnut, and cherry orchards. The journey continues to the Asni Valley, where you can gaze upon the majestic Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa. Throughout the day, you will visit a traditional Berber home for a tea ceremony and enjoy the Lunch in a Berber House inside of the high mountains, and witness the iconic terraced agriculture. If traveling on market days (Monday, Tuesday, or Saturday), you may also experience the vibrant local souks where mountain tribes trade their goods.
