Jaigarh Fort is a massive, historic fortress in Jaipur, Rajasthan located on a hilltop overlooking Amer Fort. Know as the "Fort of Victory", it was built to protect the Amber Fort complex and is famous for its formidable sandstone wall, the Jaivana Cannon (the world's largest on wheels cannon at its time) and its strategic location. The fort is approximately 15 kilometres from Jaipur.
The "Monkey Temple" in Jaipur actually the "Galtaji Temple" an ancient Hindu pilgrimage site located in the Aravalli hills about 10 km from the city. It is called the Monkey Temple because of the numerous monkeys that inhabit the complex. The sight is famous for its series of temples and sacred water tanks, known as kunds which are fed by a natural spring.
After completing the Jaipur city tour your driver and tour guide drop off you at the your Jaipur hotel. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
