I was born in the heart of Rome in the emblematic neighborhood Trastevere's and grown up between Fetucine and Gnochi. My mother use to own a restaurant and we love cooking! I have travelled the world and worked in England and Spain until attracted by my roots and family I returned to my natal city. I am the typical Roman street wander, ready to share the places and experiences that the eternal city has to offer.

What to expect
Discover Rome from a local perspective by joining me, a Roman native, on a normal day in the life of a Roman. First, we will explore the Testaccio Market and I will introduce you to some of my favorite vendors, specialized in local ingredients. Once we have everything we need for lunch, we will continue to my home and embark on a fun-filled with Mamma! hands-on cooking class. We will share with you some of favorite family recipes and guide you through the preparation of a delicious and authentic Roman meal. And then it’s time to celebrate all of our hard work! We will sit for a nice lunch of all the prepared dishes, perfect with a few glasses of Italian wine.
