• Confirmation will be received at time of booking or as soon as possible. • All booking that we have received is 100% stated as confirmed booking. • Operating hours is every day from 7 AM -11.59 PM • Most travelers can participate • If you have oversized baggage, e.g. bicycles, wheelchairs, surfboards you MUST inform us in advance and there will be extra charge for this • Each person is allowed maximum of 1 suitcase / hold luggage and 1 carry-on bag • In case you should bring any mobility aids (wheelchairs or walkers) you MUST contact the operator in advance and provide full dimensions and weight. These items must be able to be folded and stored in the luggage hold • Wheelchairs must be counted as 1 item of your hold luggage. • This transfer will have a maximum of 4 travelers for VIP luxury model of vehicle • Price is per car, based on 1 to 4 adults for VIP luxury model of vehicle • Emergency / local mobile number provided ( with whatsapp messenger ) in case you can not find our driver, please kindly to contact us on that number. • This is a private transfer. Only your group will participate.
What to expect
• Our driver will be waiting for you and hold your name sign at bali airport arrival hall
• We will accept all bookings if your flight arrival time is between our operating hours' time.
• Free waiting time is 120 minutes from flight landed.
• In case of emergency or you can not find our driver, please kindly to contact us via phone or whatsapp. Bali airport provided free wifi.
- For drop off to Airport:
• We will accept all bookings if your departure time from hotel or villa is between our operating hours' time.
• Our driver will be waiting for you at lobby of your hotel, villa, etc.
• Free waiting time at your hotel is 15 minutes from your requested time to be pick up.
• In case of emergency or you cant find our driver, please kindly to contact us via phone or whatsapp.
