What to expect

You will be picked up from your Southampton Cruise Terminal and taken directly to central London hotel or address. Your chauffeur will arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time and will meet you with your name on a board sign inside the cruise terminal, and the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle.
Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay, so you are always on time and never late.

When making a booking, you will need to provide your pickup time and address/hotel and the name of the cruise ship. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously.

This service is available in 2 types of different Minivans.

  • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions. Please inquire with the operator before travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
  • Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchairs, pleas notify the local supplier.
  • Heathrow airport terminals 2.3.4.5, Heathrow Airport hotels in postcode areas: UB3, UB7, TW4, TW5, TW6, SL3.
  • Mainline London train stations: Paddington Station, Euston station, St Pancras (Eurostar) & King's cross station, Victoria Station, Charing Cross station, Waterloo Station, London Bridge Station.
