Hotel Pickup: Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection and just let concierge or reception desk that you are waiting for a private transfer our driver will aim to arrive 10 minutes early at the hotel and make contact with the concierge or reception desk. Private Address: The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time.
Drop-off point
This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.
What to expect
You will be picked up from your central London hotel or address and taken directly to your Heathrow airport terminal. Your chauffeur will arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. The chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.
