When you have collected all your luggage, you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal where our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside or inside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time.

Drop-off point
This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

You will be picked up from your Southampton Cruise Terminal and taken directly to your Gatwick Airport or Hotel. Your chauffeur will arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time and will meet you with your name on a signboard inside the cruise terminal. The chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

When making a booking, you will need to provide your Cruise ship name and your preferred pickup time (disembarkation time) and your departure flight or your Heathrow airport hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously. The prices is based on 1 to 2 adults travelling with 2 big suitcases, 3 small suitcases in a Sedan, 3 to 4 adults travelling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 8 adults travelling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a Van.

  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 2 carry-on bags. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchairs, pleas notify the local supplier.
