After you collect your luggage, you will enter the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal, where our driver will be waiting with a name board displaying your name at your scheduled pickup time. Please do not wait for your driver at the pick-up and drop-off area. The driver will only get in position a few minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

What to expect

Express Private service direct to Heathrow Airport at your preferred pickup time: Early Bird from 6:30 AM to 08:00 AM and Late Departure service from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The driver will meet you directly at the cruise terminal and take you straight to the Heathrow Airport terminal or hotels at Heathrow. When booking, we just require the name of the cruise ship and your final destination. On the day, we will monitor the ship, and the driver will meet you at the correct cruise terminal at the specified pickup time.

  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 carry-on bags (15 kg to 35 lbs). Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • The drop off areas that this service is available to is Heathrow Airport Terminals 2, 3, 4, 5, Hotels in Postcode areas that this service: UB3, UB7, TW4, TW5, TW6, SL3,
  • Passengers who have flights at the airport get priority disembarkation. Disembarkation time can only be confirmed once you are on board.
  • The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 3 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van
  • When booking the service, we do not require the cruise terminal details, only the name of the ship. The driver will meet you directly at the correct cruise terminal.
