What to expect

You will be picked up from your Southampton Cruise Terminal and taken directly to your Windsor Hotel. Your chauffeur will arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time and will meet you with your name on a signboard inside the cruise terminal. The chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

  • A good time to disembark the ship is between 7 am to 8:30 am, passengers who are going to the airport have priority disembarkation. It takes no more than 10 to 15 minutes to disembark a ship from the disembarkation time that has been provided to you by the ship, in most cases, you would be off the ship before your allocated disembarkation time. There are no customs or passport checks on disembarking a ship in the UK as this is done before arriving back in port.

  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
