    The Water Gardens of Vaipahi

As you wander the garden paths, you’ll find yourself surrounded by a massive explosion of color. Your guide will point out vibrant red ginger, exotic hibiscus, and rare tropical flowers that make this botanical sanctuary feel like a living masterpiece. You'll walk alongside peaceful streams and lily ponds while hearing the cool legends of the ancient Maohi people who once considered this entire area a sacred spiritual site. The real showstopper is the Vaipahi waterfall. You can stand right at the base of the falls as fresh mountain water crashes down a mossy cliff into a crystal-clear pool. The refreshing mist feels amazing in the tropical heat and makes for an incredible Tahiti photo op. It’s a short, easy, and totally refreshing way to experience the authentic soul of the island’s nature.

    Teahupoo

As you explore the 'end of the road' village of Teahupo’o (the legendary home of the 2024 Olympic surf competition) you’ll feel the unique energy where world-class surf meets untouched wilderness. For the ultimate thrill, we highly recommend the 30-minute boat ride out to the reef break. It is an incredible experience even if you’ve never picked up a surfboard and is something you’ll never forget. Big or small waves, the site is specactular The Tahiti surf season runs from April to October, and boat trips are available whenever conditions are right. Sometimes out of season we get lucky! Whether you're there to see the pro-level swells or just to soak in the emerald cliffs and turquoise water, Teahupo’o is a must-visit for the authentic soul of the island. The boat trip is optional. PRO tip: The optional boat excursion is 3,000 XPF (or $30 USD) per person. Please bring cash, as this is paid directly to the boat captain and is not included in your tour price.
