Enjoy scenic views of lush rice paddies and tropical fruit plantations. • Chocolate Factory Visit: Arrive at a local chocolate manufacturing site to see how Mekong farmers produce their signature chocolate sweets.
• Traditional Handicraft Workshops: In Cai Be, witness how locals make traditional products such as pop rice cakes, rice wine, rice paper, and coconut candies. • Sampan Boat Ride: Board a traditional sampan boat to explore scenic waterways, passing through fruit orchards and apple mangrove trees. • Tropical Fruit Tasting & Traditional Music: Enjoy fresh seasonal fruits while listening to traditional folk songs performed by local artists. • Bee Farm Visit: Learn about honey production and taste freshly brewed honey tea. • Cooking Class & Lunch: Participate in a hands-on cooking class to prepare Mekong specialties like spring rolls, pancakes, and the famous Giant Elephant Ear Fish.
