Meeting Point: Please wait at Column 12 in the arrival area.
2. Domestic Airport Arrival Pickup
The pickup location depends on your arrival terminal:
Terminal 1: Please wait at Column B10.
Terminal 3: Please wait at Column 20A.
Once you have collected your luggage and are ready to leave, please contact the driver who messaged you earlier or reach us via WhatsApp at +84 918 532 172.
Our driver will arrive at the designated meeting point within approximately 5 minutes after receiving your notification.
3. Airport Departure Transfer
To arrange your hotel-to-airport transfer, please provide:
Your hotel name and full address.
Your preferred pickup time from the hotel lobby.
Your flight number and departure time.
We will confirm your pickup arrangements accordingly.
4. Important Travel Information
International flights: We recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours before departure.
Domestic flights: We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before departure.
Travel time: The journey between Ho Chi Minh City and the airport usually takes approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

Our professional driver will be waiting in the airport car park near the arrival terminal. To ensure a smooth pickup and avoid unnecessary waiting, please follow the instructions below.
For International Arrivals:
1. Complete immigration procedures, collect your luggage, and pass through customs.
2. Proceed to the international arrival hall exit.
3. Walk to Column 12, our designated meeting point outside the international arrival terminal.
4. Once you arrive at Column 12, contact your driver via WhatsApp or call to notify them that you are ready.
For Domestic Arrivals:
1. Collect your luggage and proceed to the arrival hall.
2. Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone before your scheduled arrival time.
3. The driver will coordinate the exact meeting point with you, depending on your airline and arrival terminal.
4. Please follow the driver’s instructions and contact them once you reach the agreed meeting column.

Once you have reached the designated meeting point, please send a WhatsApp message or call the driver using the contact number provided in your booking confirmation.

After receiving your notification, your driver will normally arrive at the pickup point within 5 minutes.

We monitor your flight status in real time and adjust your pickup arrangements accordingly if your flight is delayed.
You do not need to worry about normal flight delays. However, please contact us if:
* Your flight is cancelled or changed to another flight.
* You experience significant delays during immigration or baggage collection.
* You have difficulty locating the meeting point or contacting your driver.

The journey from Tan Son Nhat Airport to central Ho Chi Minh City generally takes approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your final destination.

Our standard airport transfer service includes drop-off at hotels and addresses within Districts 1, 3, and 4 of Ho Chi Minh City.
Additional charges may apply for destinations outside these districts. If your hotel or destination is outside the standard service area, please provide the full address before booking so we can check availability and confirm any additional fees in advance.
