Visit to waterfall and hill tribe village at the highest mountain in Thailand. Getting truly experience by walking along Kew Mae Pan Nature Trail through the beautiful green forest, passing giant Rhododendrons, waterfalls and streams which leads to a cliff where you can enjoy breathtaking mountain views. What to expect

This tour will starts with hotel pickup between 8am – 8:30am from your hotel lobby in Chiang Mai City (centrally area) by our professional tour guide. You will be transported with the VIP 9 seats air-conditioned van and depart to the south of Chiang Mai, heading to Inthanon National Park in the area of Jomthong District passing the difference scenery such as the villages, communities, rice filed and fruits orchard.

Upon arrival at Inthanon Mountain area also known as The Roof of Thailand, take a break and absorbed the beauty of Wachirathan Waterfall before climbing up the mountain to visit Mae Klang Luang Village and tasting of a fresh coffee from the villager's farm. Beside the coffee, you can also explore the village as well as their rice field terrace. Then, continue to the Royal Agricultural Project' site and walk around the flower garden, the vegetable and flower's nursery area, the pond with the fishery. Lunch will be served at the Royal Project's Restaurant with the fresh vegetable from the King's Agricultural Project. After lunch, drive to Kew Mae Pan nature trail for a 2.5 hour eco-walk, around 3 km. where you can find 3 different type of forest start from the rain forest with full of moss and fern. Then, Semi alpine; where you will enter into a large field, which changes color from green to a beautiful golden brown. We continue walking and you will see numerous numbers of big, beautiful 'Thousand-year red roses' (the Rhododendrons; between December-February) along the cliff. The trail will also give you a chance to find the numbers of the rare bird species such as Green-tailed Sunbirds, Flycatchers, Vivid Niltava. After the walk, snacks, drinks and towel will be offered by our staff.

Next, continue to the highest summit of Thailand with a 2,565 meters above the sea level where the remaining of the previous king of Chiang Mai is enshrined and then, a little walk at Angka Luang Natural Trail will be another one spot that you can enjoy the forest above 2,000 meters. On the way back, (if time allows) we will make a visit to twin pagodas (Phra Mahathat Napha Methanidon and Phra Mahathat Naphaphon Bhumisiri) which built for King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit commemorated their fifth cycle birthdays and each pagoda also enshrined the Buddha’s relics. And then, make a short break to visit one of the local market along the way known as Hmong Market where the fruits, vegetables, flower and other local products are selling by the Hmong villagers.

After the trip, we will return to Chiang Mai which will take around 1.5- 2 hour drive depending on the traffic condition. Upon arrival in Chiang Mai, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
