    Tour of the microcenter of San Juan where we will meet Sarmiento's home and Auditorium Juan Victoria, among other attractions of the city. The tour continues to the West, to the imposing Quebrada de Zonda, with guided tour and wine tasting (optional) at Bodega Finca Sierras Azules. Then we visited the Campos de Olivos oil company to observe the process of artisanal olive oil production. Visit the Ullum Dyke, touring its main panoramic point and the dam, overlooking its hills and the San Juan River.
