Your driver will be easily identifiable and will be displaying a **"Go Sydney Shuttle"** sign.

As this is a **shared shuttle service**, there may be a short wait while:

* Other passengers arrive and clear customs, or
* The shuttle completes nearby pickups.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Flight Delays & Changes

If your flight is delayed, cancelled, rescheduled, or if you encounter any unexpected delays, please contact us as soon as possible. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and avoid disruptions to your transfer.

Waiting Time

We provide **60 minutes of complimentary waiting time** from your flight's arrival time. This is generally sufficient for immigration, customs, and baggage collection.

If you anticipate taking longer than 60 minutes, please contact us promptly.

Luggage Allowance

Your standard luggage allowance includes:

* 1 checked suitcase
* 1 carry-on item

Additional luggage may incur a surcharge and must be advised prior to travel.

International Terminal (T1)

After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, proceed to the **Meeting Point** located inside the Arrivals Hall between **A and B**.

Domestic Terminals (T2 & T3)

After collecting your luggage, please wait near the **baggage carousel** where your bags are being delivered. Your driver will meet you there.

How Our Airport Shuttle Service Works

1. Make Your Booking

Book your airport shuttle online by providing your flight details, destination, passenger information, and contact number.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your transfer details and instructions.

2. We Monitor Your Flight

Our operations team tracks your flight in real time. If your flight arrives early or is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup schedule to match your actual arrival time.

3. Arrive at Sydney Airport

After your flight lands, proceed through immigration (for international arrivals), collect your luggage, and clear customs if required.

Please keep your mobile phone switched on, as we may need to contact you regarding your transfer.

4. Receive Arrival Instructions

Upon arrival, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your pickup information and any additional instructions from our team.

5. Meet Your Driver

Your driver will be waiting at the designated pickup location and will be displaying a **"Go Sydney Shuttle"** sign.

International Terminal (T1)

Proceed to the Meeting Point located inside the Arrivals Hall between A and B.

Domestic Terminals (T2 & T3)

Wait near the baggage carousel where your luggage is being delivered.

If you cannot locate your driver, simply contact our support team using the emergency number provided in your booking confirmation.

6. Board the Shuttle

Your driver will assist you with your luggage before you board one of our comfortable, air-conditioned shuttle vehicles.

As this is a shared shuttle service, there may be a short wait while other passengers are collected.

7. Enjoy Your Transfer

Sit back and relax while we transport you safely to your destination. Our drivers are experienced, professional, and familiar with Sydney's roads and traffic conditions.

8. Arrival at Your Destination

We provide a convenient door-to-door service, dropping you directly at:

* Your Sydney city hotel or accommodation
* The Overseas Passenger Terminal
* Other selected destinations included in your booking

9. End of Service

Once you have arrived at your destination and collected your belongings, your transfer is complete.
