Escape to discover the authentic culture of the Dominican people. You will be accompanied by an official guide who will transmit his extensive knowledge as you visit the countryside, the real heart of the Dominican Republic.
We visit the cheese factory where we will learn the whole process of making cheese. We stop of “las Lajas” to visit a cocoa farm and a small coffee plantation. Everyone can learn the process of the production of artisanal creole chocolate, taste cocoa, tropical fruits as well as trying delicious artisan chocolate.
Afterwards, we visit “Saballo” a very laborious hidden community with a factory over a hundred years old and see the process of making the typical sugar cane molasses bonbons. In "La Piragua", we visit the typical house of an artisan where we will see how to make guano baskets, mats and banana leaf tackle with materials that nature provides.

Escape to know the authentic culture of the dominican people. Accompanied by our guide, who will be responsible of transmitting your vast knowledge of our culture, going to the back of the countryside heart we will visit the old melasa bread factory, a typical house of artisans, visiting their home and learning their way of life. You will explore a tobacco plantation and the manufacturing process of artisanal cigars, enjoy beautiful panoramic views and visit the organic factory cacao plantation where you can learn the whole procedure of chocolate and taste it. A visit step of a cheese factory belonging to a traditional family at the Imbert community where we'll also visit the park.
