2Synagogue Of Saint Mary The White
Your guide show you the Synagogue of Saint Mary the White (Santa María la Blanca), where you can breathe the atmosphere of tolerance that reigned during the period of coexistence of the Three Cultures. The Synagogue of Santa María la Blanca is a former synagogue. Built in the late twelfth or early thirteenth century, it is disputably considered the oldest synagogue building in Europe still standing. The building was converted to a Catholic church in the early 15th century.
