Pickup Details: - On the actual day, once you've cleared custom, got your bags, head to the arrival pickup area. - Please take note on your exit door number and the pillar number at the pickup lanes, it'll be best if you can send him a picture of the pillar/number via WhatsApp. - Once your driver received your update, he will start driving from the airport designated waiting area (which is about 5-10 minutes away) to you. Driver's Contact: - The assignment of driver will be on the day before your transfer, his mobile number with vehicle details will be sent to you then.

What to expect

Meet with your driver at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) Arrival Pick Up Lane for your transfer to Ipoh using our air-conditioned comfortable vehicle.

When booking, you will need to provide the details for your flight to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA/KLIA2). Your transfer will be confirmed immediately and you will be provided with a travel voucher. Simply present the transfer to the driver upon arrival.

Approximately 24 - 48 hours before your departure, you will be contacted by us (Ipoh Secrets Tours) to reconfirm the exact pickup time and place.

  • Sedan/Car that seats 2-3 pax and fits 2 large suitcase
  • Minivan or MPV that seats 4-6 pax and fits 4 large suitcase at the same time
  • Mini-coach/Tour Van (Bas Persiaran) seats 7-10 pax and fits 4 large suitcase at the same time
  • Please be aware of each vehicle size & capacity. One may not fit the maximum capacity and still left with enough luggage space
