- Flight Information: If your pick-up location is the airport, kindly provide your flight details during booking so we can track your flight and stay informed of any delays.
- Start Time: We will base your start time on your arrival.
- Meet Your Driver:
Airport Pick-Up: After clearing customs, you'll find our friendly driver inside the terminal next to the tourist information desk.
Hotel Pick-Up: Your driver will warmly greet you in the lobby.
- Driver Identification: Look for a sign with your name, held by our driver.
- Transfer Duration:
To Colon Cruise Terminal: Approximately 70 minutes.
To Panama Cruise Terminal or Flamenco Marina: Approximately 40 minutes.
To Shelter Bay Marina: Approximately 90 minutes.

- Traffic Advisory: Please note there may be traffic between 6 am and 9 am on weekdays.
- Operating Hours: Our standard rate is available from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. For late-night or early-morning reservations, an additional 25% fee applies.

If you have extra luggage (more than one suitcase and one carry-on per person) or special baggage (like golf bags, surfboards, fishing gear, etc.), please let us know in advance. We want to ensure we provide the right vehicle for your needs (additional fees may apply).
