You’ll learn how to prepare classic snacks like the famous Bifana (a mouthwatering pork sandwich), the traditional and popular Caldo verde (collard greens soup), and our very own original Peixinhos da horta, the dish that inspired the world famous tempura. Each dish tells a story of local and global tradition and is designed to be simple enough to recreate in your own kitchen.
