After a comfortable drive in an airconditioned minivan from Livorno cruise port, you'll have the morning to visit this marvellous Renaissance city. Upgrade to the option with an expert art historian guide to get the most of the highlights of Florence. You'll take a stroll towards the River Arno to see one of the most well-known bridges in Italy, the Ponte Vecchio and then to Florence’s Cathedral, the Duomo. This breathtaking edifice is topped by Bruneleschi’s magnificent Dome. You will also see the wonderful bronze doors of the Baptistery and Giotto’s Bell Tower. Finally you'll visit the Accademia Gallery, with skip the line tickets, and see the astonishing Michelangelo's David.
