Pasta Carbonara/Cacio e Pepe
You’ll be making fresh, fettuccine pasta with the help of your expert chef, and then an accompanying carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce.

Your chef will welcome you at the venue. Look for the “Rome with Chef” logo. Arrive 10 minutes early at Via Cesare Balbo 19, near Hotel 77. Meeting point may vary but both locations are within a 5-minute walk. Late arrivals may not participate.
