What to expect

Tipsy Cooking Class - the coolest school in town! That's right, learn to cook with a cocktail in hand, in the heart of Rome. What could be better?
In this cooking class, you’ll experience two of the best things about Rome - the food, and the drinks. You’re going to make three of Italy’s most famous spritzes. Aperol to start, Hugo while you’re cooking, and Limoncello to round off the afternoon.

Whilst our mixologist host teaches you how to make these staple Italian drinks you will also get hands-on with cooking your own fresh, handmade pasta.

Mix, roll and knead your dough, using locally sourced ingredients, then slice and cook. Make a staple Italian sauce, the real way, under the guidance of a professional local chef - carbonara or cacio e pepe (if you’re vegetarian) and then settle in to enjoy.

Prepare to get covered in flour, a little bit tipsy, and very full of delicious food. That’s how the Romans do it.
