What to expect

Learn how to cook stunning Vietnamese dishes with a short time - only 3 hours.
Our Chef will prepare all ingredients. However Chef will show you how to choose the best ingredients and their interesting Vietnamese name.
During the two-hour cooking class, you will learn to make some local dishes, such as: deep-fried spring rolls, papaya salad, Banh Xeo (rice pancake with fresh salad)... Our Chef is very friendly & enthusiastic to teach you how to cook some Vietnamese specialties and share valuable knowledge in cuisine culture.

*** Cooking Class Menu:
- Sua gao - Rice milk
- Banh xeo - rice pancake
- Cha gio - Spring roll
- Goi du du - Papaya salad
- Ga chien - Chicken with lemongrass
- Com trang - Steamed rice
- Seasonal fruit
***If you are vegetarians, ingredients for cooking will surely be changed into veggies (mushrooms, tofu, eggplant). Menu can be changed due to availability of ingredient
