    This tour of the south part of the island begins with a visit to the Sim Winery and a chance to taste some of their wines. Take in local pearl harvesting, processing and jewelry designing activities en route. Stop at the Coconut Tree Prison, a historic site where prisoners of war were held hostage. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant on Bai Sao Beach, known for its white sand beaches and inviting turquoise waters. A quick swim is a must!
