What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Enjoy a scenic private drive from Auckland to Rotorua through New Zealand’s lush countryside. Travel distance is approximately 225 km each way with an average journey time of around 3 hours per direction including a short refreshment stop.
Departure is typically 7:00am from Auckland arriving in Rotorua around 10:00am with a brief Lake Rotorua stop before continuing to Te Puia. At Te Puia join a 2-hour guided Geothermal Wonderland tour led by official Te Puia guides finishing at approximately 1:00pm.
Guests may enjoy a quick lunch at the on-site café before returning to Auckland with an estimated arrival time of around 4:00pm.
Entry tickets are not included and must be purchased directly from the Te Puia website. We recommend the 11:00am Te Rā + Haka Combo.
As a private service timings are flexible and additional stops can be added at extra cost.
