Meeting and pickup
Driver will wait for you at arrivals meet and greet area with the name board which is in front of Vodafone Shop inside the terminal. Will escort you to the vehicle and assist you with luggage.
What to expect
Your wait time at airport is 90 minutes from the flight landing time. If for some reason you are being delayed going through the process do inform the driver by sending a message on driver’s mobile number. Driver will extend the wait time till you are out.
You will be personally met inside the terminal at the pre-booked transfer meeting point holding a name board for easy identification. From there your driver will escort you to your private premium vehicle at Auckland Airport’s Transport Hub and assist with all luggage handling.
If you have oversized or extra luggage with you please inform us at the time of the booking so we can use appropriate vehicle to accommodate extra luggage.
