The "starting time" is NOT the same as the pickup time. Please keep an eye out for your check-in email, which should arrive 7 days prior to departure (or within) to reconfirm your pickup location & time.
Discovery Tours Australia signage will be on the tour vehicle. Please be ready & waiting for your pickup 5 minutes before your advised pickup time.
As we service multiple pick-ups in the Cairns CBD, we kindly ask guests to allow a 15-minute pick-up window. If your guide is not there right at the scheduled time, there’s no need to worry - they are on their way.
