Did you get the curiosity to try surfing watching your children but you have never dared? With our courses for adults you will have no excuse. They are carried out under theoretical and practical instruction adapted to the group, with the aim of disconnecting from worries and being in direct contact with nature. We use specific material to guarantee you the experience of standing and surfing a wave.

What to expect
Do not miss the opportunity to have fun doing a surf course in one of the natural paradises of northern Spain, the beach of Trengandín in Helgueras, where one of the best waves at the national level is the wave of El Brusco in Noja . Not only can you learn or perfect your surfing, but you will enjoy it. We will teach you to understand the sea, its currents, how the waves are formed or the different types of breakers so that your learning is complete. In addition, we offer courses from beginners, beginners to advanced and, most importantly, different surf courses depending on your age to ensure your comfort and learning.
