Your evening begins with hotel pick-up from Hanoi’s Old Quarter at 5:30pm. Upon arrival at our intimate cocktail space, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing Gin & Tonic to ease into the experience.
Under the guidance of our talented bartenders, you will:
• Learn professional shaking, stirring, and balancing techniques
• Discover how Vietnamese herbs, spices, fruits, and local spirits influence flavor
