What to expect
Our Customer Service officers will meet you at the arrival gate with a placard displaying your name. Upon meeting , you will be accompanied through Immigration,baggage reclaim,Customs and then accompany out to the arrival hall and handed over to the awaiting transfer.
Send off Service: Our Customer Service Officer will meet guest at the airport drop off point with a placard displaying guest name. Upon meeting guest , CS Officer will handle the luggage and accompanied to check in counter to assist check in. After check in, guest will be escorted through immigration then to the departure gate.
