Feel the adrenaline as you descend 190 meters down the stunning Manchego Waterfall. This experience is for true adventure lovers. In addition to rappelling down 190 meters, you will encounter a beautiful landscape with Howler Monkeys in a completely natural environment. After a refreshing swim in the waterfall's plunge pool, the adventure will continue with a challenging uphill path, lasting approximately 1.30 hours.

What to expect

Venture into a sanctuary of water and rock, where adventure blends with the sacred. Rappelling down the Manchego Waterfall is not just an extreme challenge with a 190-meter descent, it is a journey into the essential, a dialogue with nature in its purest form.

Feel the humid breeze on your skin as you descend alongside the imposing waterfall, each drop caressing your face like an echo from the mountain. Beneath your feet, a pool of crystal-clear water awaits, surrounded by vertical walls that hold the mystery of time. Here, the noise of the world fades away, leaving only the heartbeat of the earth and the sound of your breath.

But the experience doesn't end when you touch the ground. The return journey is a test of endurance and will: a 90-minute uphill hike that takes you back to the top, with the certainty that you have descended much further than just a waterfall—you’ve descended into the depths of yourself.
