Rooted in the Baworn spirit—Home, Temple, and School, this community-based tourism event unites locals to share crafts, workshops, and performances, letting you experience authentic Lanna culture while giving back to the community. Stroll to the riverbank for Loy Krathong on the real Ping River, watching candlelit offerings drift like stars across the water. Then savor an international buffet with free-flow drinks while cultural shows fill the air with rhythm, color, and grace. As night deepens, a Buddhist ceremony by monks invites peace and reflection. Then the unlimited lantern release. Unlike most festivals, you’re free to send lantern after lantern skyward, joining thousands more rising like golden constellations. Fireworks crown the night.
