Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available for all hotels within the Phuket area. Pickup time is between 8.00 a.m. - 8.30 a.m., 11.30 a.m. - 12.00 p.m. or 2.00 p.m. - 2.30 p.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email.
Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.
Or, you can also get picked up from anywhere in Phuket. When you arrive, you will see our easily identifiable meeting point with our welcoming staff. Please proceed to check in, kindly provide your name and booking number.
What to expect
Upon arrival at the paintball venue, check in with trained staff who provide a comprehensive safety briefing. Learn the rules of the game, field boundaries, and proper handling of your paintball marker. Staff will demonstrate how to correctly wear protective gear, including helmets and safety equipment, ensuring every participant feels confident before entering the arena.
Once fully equipped, step onto the battlefield and form your team. Plan strategies, assign roles, and move through obstacle-filled zones designed for realistic gameplay. Take cover behind barricades, communicate with teammates, and complete missions that test accuracy, coordination, and quick thinking.
