Guests are required to arrange their own transportation to the meeting point, about 6.7km from Pai Walking Street on the road toward the Bamboo Bridge. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your registration and safety briefing.

- No alcohol or drug consumption is permitted prior to your flight. Guests under the influence will not be permitted to participate.
- All participants must follow the verbal and signaled instructions of their guide/instructor at all times. Non-compliance with safety directives will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
- In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.
