Meeting and pickup
Pickup time is between 07:00 a.m. to 07:30 a.m. for the morning session and 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for the afternoon session. Your precise pickup time will be confirmed via email by the tour operator. Please ensure you check your email for this information.
Kindly meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. To maintain fairness for all participants, we must adhere to the scheduled departure time. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
For those outside the free pickup zone, please proceed directly to the meeting point.
Or, you can also get picked up from anywhere in Kata, Karon and Patong only. When you arrive, you will see our easily identifiable meeting point with our welcoming staff. Please proceed to check in, kindly provide your name and booking number.
