For guests selecting the meeting point option, please meet in front of Hotel M Chiang Mai by 8:00 a.m. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure time. The meeting point is located opposite Tha Phae Gate and can be easily reached by taxi, Grab, or on foot from nearby hotels.
For guests with hotel transfer, pickup time is between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. from hotels in Chiang Mai Old Town. The exact pickup time will be confirmed by email. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
