Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup and drop-off are available for hotels in Chiang Mai Old Town within a 5 km radius. Pickup time is between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
If you are not using the pickup service, please arrive at the meeting point by 6:30 p.m.
The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please check your email before the tour date. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the vehicle has left your hotel.
Or, you can also get picked up from anywhere in Chiang Mai Old Town. When you arrive, you will see our easily identifiable meeting point with our welcoming staff. Please proceed to check in, kindly provide your name and booking number.
