Meeting and pickup
For transfer option bookings, hotel pick-up is approximately 30 minutes before your booked riding session. Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by the operator staff after booking.
For guests making their own way, please come independently to the meeting point and check in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled riding time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be considered a no-show.

What to expect
Your experience begins in the arena, where your instructor helps you get familiar with your horse and learn the basic movements. You’ll practice how to sit, balance, hold the reins, and gently guide your horse before continuing beyond the arena.
Once on the trail, the experience becomes more than a lesson. Feel the steady rhythm of your horse, see Chiang Mai’s countryside from a higher point of view, and enjoy the quiet excitement of moving through nature in a way that feels personal and real. Your instructor stays with you throughout, helping make the ride safe, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish.

- Maximum weight allowed per rider is 90 kg (198 lbs) for the safety and welfare of the horses. Riders over the limit cannot participate and are non-refundable.
- Riders are required to wear a riding helmet during training for safety. Helmet rental is payable on site at 50 THB per person.
- Long pants and closed-toe shoes (sneakers or boots) are strictly required. No shorts, skirts, or sandals allowed.
- Guests must strictly follow the instructor’s instructions at all times, with no exceptions.
- For safety reasons, this activity is not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with severe back, neck, or joint problems.
- Not recommended for travelers with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions.
- Guests must not consume alcohol before the activity. Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to ride and no refund will be given.
- Please do not feed the horses without informing the staff, as horses may bite or be given unsafe food.
- The trail route may vary depending on rider skill, selected time, and conditions on the day.
- Optional farm photographer service can be arranged in advance for groups of up to 4 people.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
