Meeting and pickup
Please meet at The Meta Mall Chiang Mai for your transfer to the Doi Saket festival venue. Check-in is available from 11:00 AM, with final check-in times by ticket option: Standard until 01:30 PM, VIP until 02:30 PM, and Elite until 03:00 PM. Scheduled transfers depart by ticket option: Standard at 02:00 PM, VIP at 03:00 PM, and Elite at 03:30 PM. The last transfer departs at 04:30 PM. Guests who arrive after the last transfer must arrange their own transportation to the venue. Missed transfers are non-refundable. The return transfer drops guests off at The Meta Mall.

- Drones are not permitted inside the festival venue for safety reasons.

- Please expect heavy traffic on the day of the event. The transfers may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.
- In the rare event that the event experience must be cancelled by the operator, you will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date, a different tour, or a full refund.
