Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup is available from Ao Nang, Ao Nam Mao, Sai Thai, Chong Phli, and Nong Thale. Pickup time is approximately 30 minutes before departure.
Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
The exact pickup time will be confirmed via email. Please check your email prior to departure. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Guests who are not present at the scheduled pickup time and miss the transfer vehicle may be considered a no-show.

For example, if you select 1 traveler, your booking includes 1 ATV for 2 people and kayaking for both guests. If you select 5 travelers, your booking includes 5 ATVs for up to 10 people and kayaking for all 10 guests.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited before and during the activity.
- Participants must be in good physical and mental condition to safely take part in both activities.
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant travelers, guests with serious medical conditions, mobility issues, back problems, or neck problems.
- The schedule or route may be adjusted for safety reasons depending on weather, trail, water, or operating conditions.
- The total activity duration is approximate and may vary depending on each guest's kayaking pace and operating conditions.
- ATV trail conditions may vary depending on the weather. The route can be wet or muddy, especially after rainfall, and your clothes and shoes may get dirty.
- During both activities, participants must follow the guide or instructor’s instructions. The operator reserves the right to stop any unsafe behavior without a refund.
