Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickup is available from Ao Nang, Khlong Muang, Tubkaek, and Krabi Town. Pickup times range from 03.00 PM to 4:00 PM depending on your location Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. The tour operator will confirm the precise pickup time via email; therefore, we kindly request that you monitor your inbox for this confirmation. To facilitate a timely departure, please be present in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. Please be advised that a delay exceeding 10 minutes, or arrival after the vehicle has departed your location, may result in your being considered a no-show.
Pickup is available from Ao Nang, Khlong Muang, Tubkaek and Krabi Town (3:00–4:00 PM). Railay guests meet at Ao Nam Mao Pier; Ton Sai at Phra Nang Inn; Centara Grand guests use the shuttle to Nopparat Thara Pier. Please check your email for pickup time and be ready 10 minutes before.
