The Cooking School is designed for anyone with a passion for Thai cooking. It orients participants in the Blue Elephant culinary philosophy. This gives them a context to understand, appreciate, and create dishes that comprise our authentic Thai cuisine menu. Classes are conducted in a warm, open, and interactive atmosphere, where we encourage students to participate and ask questions. There is a special emphasis on familiarizing students with local ingredients, theory sessions, and practical cooking sessions. Our kitchens are fully equipped and are among the most modern you can find anywhere in the world.

• Children are allowed to take the course and share the cooking station with their parents.

What to expect
Begin your afternoon with a refreshing welcome drink at the Blue Elephant Bar before joining a theory session introducing Thai herbs, fruits, vegetables, and key ingredients used in Thai cuisine. Watch a live cooking demonstration by the chef, then move to the practice kitchen where each participant has their own workstation and wok. With step-by-step guidance from instructors, you’ll prepare a full five-course Thai meal including a starter, soup, main dish, side dish, and dessert.
After cooking, receive a Blue Elephant apron and culinary certificate as a souvenir of your experience. The highlight of the class comes next—enjoying the delicious dishes you prepared in the elegant Blue Elephant Restaurant.
