Phuket Thai Cooking Class by VJ is an ideal home-style learning environment that is different from other cooking classes and hotels which offer the courses. Chef VJ is very fluent in English so you will have no problem understanding step by step instructions. • Make your own Curry Paste from scratch using Mortar and Pestle also as a part of our cooking
• Learn how to make from scratch some of the most well known favorite Thai 3-4 dishes. You will gain a very all-round knowledge of Thai cooking and dine on your creations after the class.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
• We pick only from Kata, Karon, Patong, and Rawai for 2 people and more. We don't pick up in another area. Although there are 2 customers, they have to come to the location by themselves.
• Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel, you may be considered a no-show

What to expect
• 02:45pm - 03:15pm Pickup at your hotel lobby
• 03:30pm Arriving at our class will be served with water and herbal drinks. Get to know each other participants, relax, take pictures.
• 04:00pm Introduction to ingredients home-style session begins, serving and eating what you have cooked, enjoying the meals together.
• 06:00pm End of class and ready to go back.
