Learn to cook famous Thai dishes in a relaxed and friendly kitchen for approximately 7-8 hours. You will be taught to cook traditional delicious Thai food and will ensure you leave prepared to recreate the dishes when you get home. The class cater to a small group with a maximum of 12 people in a traditional open kitchen and led by certified Thai cooks, making for a highly personalized and rewarding experience.

What to expect

Your day will start with a hotel pick-up, with pick up roughly 30-40 minutes before your scheduled start time followed by a trip to the local market to buy some fresh ingredients. You’ll get a feel for real Thai culture as you experience its rich colors, and unique flavors and smells. Please note, we use chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu, vegetables, and all Halal food. You are allowed to pack and take away if you can’t finish your lunch or dinner prepared during the lesson. You will be transported back to your hotel safely after class.

• 09:30am Local market visit
• 11:00am Cooking Session & Lunch
• 02:00pm Learn to make coconut milk and coconut oil
• 04:00pm Cooking Session & Dinner
• 06:00pm Transfer back to your hotel
