Discover the beauty of Khao Sok National Park on a full-day tour from Khao Lak. Enjoy an exciting hike through the jungle of Khao Sok National Park, filled with unique flora and fauna. Our guide will help you get acquainted with the diverse plants and animals. Walk up to the stream where you can swim in crystal clear water. On this trail, you can expect to see wild monkeys, langurs, and some reptiles. Experience a bamboo raft ride along the Sok River. Marvel at Khao Sok's stunning landscape as you relax on a bamboo raft, guided by a local paddler who will take you on a scenic journey through the tranquil waters. Head to Khao Sok View Point for a bird's eye view of the lush forest. Visit Panturat Temple to see wild macaques. During the rainy season, we also include a visit to Mae Yai Waterfall as an extra. Re-charge your energy with a delicious and filling lunch at a local restaurant.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available for all hotels within Khao Lak areas. The pickup time starts between 07.00 a.m. and 07.30 a.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10-minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10-minutes late or after the guide has moved on from your hotel.
What to expect
After your hike, savor a delicious Thai lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, embark on a peaceful bamboo raft journey along the Sok River, guided by our experienced crew. As you float down the river, soak in the stunning limestone mountain views and the lush rainforest. Enjoy a special moment with jungle coffee brewed over an open fire and served in a bamboo cup.
The tour continues with a visit to Panturat Temple, home to wild macaques, followed by a stop at Khao Sok View Point for breathtaking panoramic views of the forest. Conclude your adventure with a return to your resort in Khao Lak, with an added visit to Mae Yai Waterfall during the rainy season.
