Meeting and pickup
Get picked up from your hotel near the main road. If you are staying on the hill, you must visit a nearby hotel or meeting point. The pickup time starts between 07:45 am. and 09:00 a.m. for morning sessions and between 01:15 p.m. and 02:30 p.m. for evening sessions. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.
Or, you can also get picked up from anywhere in Koh Samui. Upon arrival, you will easily spot the check-in counter. Please proceed to check in, where our friendly staff will warmly welcome you. Kindly provide your name and booking number.
