Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available for all hotels within Phuket area. Pickup time is 06:30 AM - 07:50 AM for morning sessions and 08:30 AM - 09:30 AM for late sessions. For a transfer from Coconut Island, meet your driver at Laem Hin Pier. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.
Or, you can also get picked up from anywhere in Phuket. Kan Eang @ Pier is a restaurant located at Chalong Pier, easily noticeable upon arrival. When you arrive, you will find a clearly marked check-in point. Please provide your name and booking number.
