You are required to travel to the meeting point independently. Please arrive at 9.30 a.m. before the activity starts at 10.00 a.m. When you arrive, you will see our easily identifiable meeting point with our welcoming staff. Please proceed to check in, kindly provide your name and booking number.

For those looking for a full day of adventure, the Enduro 4–5-hour tour lets you explore the island’s countryside, jungle trails, and steep hills at your own pace. - Please inform us ahead of time if you would like a GoPro, so we can prepare the battery.
- Please bring your passport, socks, and cash as card payments are not accepted. If a passport is not available, I will require a copy or photo of it and a 5,000 THB cash deposit.
- Bikes are not insured, and damage will be charged.
- Individuals with movement impairments are not permitted to participate.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
- This activity is not suitable for guests arriving by cruise ship or large boat.
- Individuals with high blood pressure, asthma, or congenital diseases are not permitted to participate.
