You are required to travel to the meeting point independently. Pick up your ticket and board the boat at Pier A, Bali Hai Pier. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the activity time. If you are late, the program will continue as scheduled.

- Buffet dining is available from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm for the 5:45 pm session and from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm for the 7:15 pm session.
- The live performance is scheduled from 6:40 pm to 6:55 pm for the first session at 5:45 pm, and from 8:15 pm to 8:30 pm for the second session at 7:15 pm.
- If you wish to stay longer after the tour ends, an additional speedboat fee of 150 THB per person will be charged.
- For late arrivals, a speedboat transfer fee of 50 THB per person applies, or you can charter a boat for 500 THB, accommodating up to 28 people.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed on board the boat.
- Pregnant women are not permitted to join the tour.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
