- Buses depart from Terminal 21 every 60 minutes, with the first departure at 10:30 AM and the last at 5:30 PM. The first stop is at our counter on the Ground Floor, Gate 1.
- Children aged 0-5 years can join free of charge.
- Ticket validity is based on ticket redemption time. If you purchase a 1-day ticket, the ticket is valid for 24 hours. For example, if you redeem the ticket at 11.00 AM on Monday, the ticket is valid until 11.00 AM on Tuesday.
- The tour is fully narrated in 6 languages (Thai, Russian, German, Korean, English and Chinese).
- No outside food or drinks are allowed on board.
